Position of Hire: Audiology Assistant

Work Location: 355 Portage Trail, Suite 4, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221

Job Description: Assist the audiologist in providing exceptional patient care through monitoring patient hearing, performing hearing device maintenance and troubleshooting, smart phone connectivity, equipment maintenance, inventory, and help support productivity of the practice to improve patient experiences and services.

Responsibilities:

Assist with hearing evaluations
Perform routine hearing device maintenance and troubleshooting
Oversee incoming/outgoing hearing device shipments
Assist with audiology equipment maintenance
Light cleaning

Qualifications:

18 years or older with a high school diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Professional phone etiquette
Multitasking and prioritizing
Dependability and adaptability
Intermediate-advanced computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organizational skills

Pay Rate: $15 Hour
