Cerumen (Ear Wax) Removal
An obstruction in the ear can limit hearing dramatically but is easily treated when it comes to solving the issue of hearing loss. The buildup of earwax (or cerumen) is a common problem at any age. When the ear produces too much wax, it becomes impacted, causing discomfort and in some cases significant hearing impairment. Using a curette or suction, we can safely remove excess ear wax and restore your hearing.
Tinnitus Masker
When a person hears ringing, buzzing, or noises in their ears, it’s called tinnitus. It’s actually quite common but can be frustrating and can interfere with your hearing at home, work or other daily activities. At Hear-Again Hearing Center, we have identified several treatments that have been successful in helping to manage this problem for our patients. Our audiologist will work with you to determine your level of tinnitus and what type of treatment is most effective for you.
